No Returns or Exchanges
For the safety of all parrots, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is guided by the recommendations of avian veterinarians and is in line with many other avian product companies. This strict measure is in place to eliminate the risk of spreading avian diseases, ensuring the health and safety of your parrot and others.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
  1. Save the merchandise and all original packaging.
  2. Notify us immediately.
  3. You must notify us of damaged goods within the first 15 days of arrival. Claims made after 15 days will not be honored.
